What began with Tony Crout on the competition circuit, after years of cooking across dozens of events, turned into a local spot where that same dedication shows up on every plate. Here, the smoke runs deep and the recipes run even deeper, built on family tradition and hands-on craft.
The doors may only open a few days a week, but that just makes it feel like you're in on something special, where perfectly smoked meats meet easy conversation. The flavors just pour out of these ribs, leaving nothing behind but a clean bone and a plan to come back soon, whether you stay a while or grab it to go.
