We are a local, family owned business. We opened our doors in July 2014. We are only open 2 1/2 days out of the week. Tony Crout is the Pitmaster behind it all. He competed on the competition barbeque circuit for 3 seasons completing 27 events. He chose to take a break last year to focus on the restaurant, but he hopes to get back to competition this upcoming season.
